Adult yoga classes are accessible to all levels, while still challenging the body and mind. Stretch, strengthen, and relax the body and mind with playful and adorable goats! Each class begins with a breathing and centering exercise. Breath and movement are then paired together as you strengthen, stretch, and relax the mind and body. Each class ends in a relaxation and short guided meditation. Often the goats’ energy level mimics the activity in class, other times it does not. Either way, you are sure to smile a lot! We are certain that you will leave feeling better than when you came in! Classes are held rain or shine! Mats are provided for all classes. Namaaaaaste!

We recommend wearing full back shirts and long hair should be worn up in bun or baseball cap.  We suggest that you do not wear any flowy clothes as the babies like to nibble on loose clothing or strings.  As babies can, and sometimes do have accidents, we suggest that you bring a change of clothing to leave in the car…just in case.  If you have any further questions, you can call the shop at 603.942.8051.

Per the yoga instructors, the purchase of tickets is non-refundable and there are no refunds for any reason.  We do understand that you are signing up well in advance of the class date, students experiencing a conflict may switch classes as long as  a) we have 48 hours advance notice and b) there is a current, posted class available to re-sign up for.  This 48 hour notice will be strictly adhered to as we will need time to fill the spot/s.  Students must sign up for a new class spot/s that they desire, once they are signed up, a refund will be issued for the original class spot/s.  (We do not have a credit list, wait list, etc.  If you cannot resign up for a different class date that is currently posted, your class spot/s and payment will be forfeited.) Original class spot/s will be re-posted immediately upon notice that you cannot make the class.
