8:30 am - 9:30 am
Adult yoga classes (ages 12+) are accessible to all levels, while still challenging the body and mind. Stretch, strengthen, and relax the body and mind with playful and adorable goats! Each class begins with a breathing and centering exercise. Breath and movement are then paired together as you strengthen, stretch, and relax the mind and body. Each class ends in a relaxation and short guided meditation. Often the goats’ energy level mimics the activity in class, other times it does not. Either way, you are sure to smile a lot! We are certain that you will leave feeling better than when you came in! Classes are held rain or shine! Mats are provided for all classes. Namaaaaaste!
We highly recommend wearing full back shirts as little hooves can scratch exposed back skin. Long hair should be worn up in bun, a bandana or baseball cap (baby goats like to nibble on hair!). We suggest that you do not wear any flowy clothes as the babies like to nibble on loose clothing, pant legs or strings. As babies can, and sometimes do have accidents, we suggest that you bring a change of clothing to leave in the car…just in case. If you have any further questions, you can always call the shop at 603.942.8051.
PLEASE READ…This policy will be strictly adhered to during this 2019 Season, no exceptions! Per the yoga instructors, the purchase of tickets is ONLY refundable with a 72 hour notice from the day/time of your scheduled class. We will only refund up to two tickets per class/per purchaser. The 72 hour notice will be strictly enforced, as we will need time to re-fill the spot/s, which requires us to re-post the class spots on social media, manually remove your name from the schedule, re-list the class & refund you. (We do NOT have a credit list, wait list, etc. and we do not have the capability to switch you from one class to another if you have a schedule conflict) Original class spot/s will be re-posted immediately upon notice that you cannot make the class and cannot be reversed once notice is given.
